Microangelo	Microangelo offers a single, integrated solution for work- ing with icon graphics and static / animated cursors. True Color support.	Here you can find more In- formations about this interes- ting program. Shareware.

IconForge	This program makes it very easy to create and modify icons or cursors for your desktop. It contains a full set of painting tools and it includes special effects filters such as blur, whirlpool, make tile pattern, color reduction, etc. True Color support.	You may clip a region from imported images, or scale them to fit the standard icon/cursor sizes. And since the IconForge can display several editing sessions at the same time, it's a snap to cut and paste material between cursors, icons and animations. More information here.

Screen Loupe is a small
